DT Swiss 180 hubs are the top-of-the-line hubs from DT Swiss and also represent the benchmark in reliability and durability for road and mountain wheel hubs. Made in Switzerland with an aluminum machined axle and body, they have an elegant design and a great sealing, and feature Sync ceramic bearings and a new 36-point gearing system, called Ratchet EXP.
By reducing the number of parts, DT Swiss has managed to reduce the weight of the set without losing reliability, also increasing its gearing (it is now 36-point linkage as standard).
Maintenance is easy to perform as no tools are needed to release the hub and this aspect also makes them very popular.
